Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website and/or booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all photography sessions, print orders, and digital products provided by Nicole Nurthen Photography & Printing Services.
2. Booking & Payments
Prices are subject to change without notice but will be honored once a booking or order is confirmed.
A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure all photography bookings.
The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to the scheduled session, unless otherwise noted.
Print/Product orders must be paid in full before production begins.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of all payments.
Retainer fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if rescheduled before you get with in 72 hours of session.
Nicole Nurthen Photography reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, emergency, or unsafe conditions (weather, etc.).
4. Printing Services
Nicole Nurthen Printing Services is not responsible for unsatisfactory results due to poor image quality provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring image quality and resolution when uploading files.
Customers are responsible to ensure moving the image to where they want it cropped.
Colors may vary slightly due to monitor differences and printing processes.
5. Turnaround Times
Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Photography galleries are delivered within approximately 1-4 weeks.
Print orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) after payment and file approval (if product requires it). So if you order Friday, the first available day for pick up could possible be Monday. Please reach out if you need a rush order. I may be able to accommodate.
6. Refunds & Exchanges
Claims must be made within 90 days of receiving the product.
Due to the custom nature of printing, all sales are final.
Reprints or corrections will be offered only in cases of production defects or errors caused by Nicole Nurthen Printing Services.
7. Copyright & Usage
Nicole Nurthen Photography retains full copyright of all images she took and designs she creates for print products
Clients receive a personal-use license for downloaded or purchased images.
Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Nicole Nurthen Photography reserves the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Website Use
All content on this website, including images and text, is owned by Nicole Nurthen Photography & Printing Services and may not be copied or used without permission.
Unauthorized use of this website may result in legal action.
12. Privacy
Personal information submitted through the website will only be used for order processing, communication, and business purposes.
Information will never be sold or shared with third parties.
13. Changes to Terms
Nicole Nurthen Photography & Printing Services reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website and services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
